Warren Flying Club currently has memberships available for purchase. If you are thinking about applying to become a member, here’s what you need to know before getting started.

  1. We are an equity club. This means club members share the cost of maintaining club aircraft. The club is limited to 40 equity members, and each membership must be purchased from an outgoing member. This is a one-time cost to buy into the club.

  2. We are aircraft owners, not renters. We take immense pride in the care, quality, and health of our aircraft. Each member is expected to thoroughly clean the aircraft after each use in compliance with our post-flight checklist. As a general rule, we try to leave the airplane better than we found it.

  3. The ideal candidate for membership in the Warren Flying Club is a current private pilot with at least 100 hours of experience - more is better. The club is not designed for students or those working toward a private pilot certificate.

  4. The club is designed for recreational flying only and club aircraft cannot be used for any work or business purposes.

  5. The club is managed by its members. Board members are elected annually and serve a one-year term or more if reelected. Members are encouraged to actively participate in leadership roles. Our Bylaws provide the rules governing club operations.

If this sounds like the right type of flying for you, we encourage you to complete the form below. One of our leaders will reach out to and discuss next steps.
